Saving the hotkey file
Once you have finished editing hotkeys, click the button in the bottom-right corner of the page. This will generate a new hotkey file and display its contents in a text box.
You can press the button under the text box to save the new file as Hotkeys.SC2Hotkeys.
Alternatively, if you already have a hotkey file, you can use the button to copy the contents of the new file to the clipboard. Open your existing hotkey file in a text editor such as Notepad or TextEdit, paste the contents of the new file into it, and save.
Windows
Press Win+R to open the “Run” dialogue box.
Enter or copy-and-paste the following path: %userprofile%\Documents\Starcraft II\Accounts
There will be a folder with a randomized number. Open it and then open the Hotkeys folder inside it.
Drag and drop the Hotkeys.SC2Hotkeys file that you saved earlier into the Hotkeys folder. This file can be renamed as long as the file extension remains the same.
Mac OS
Select any Finder window or the desktop. From the menu bar, select and then (or press Shift+⌘+G) to bring up the “Go to Folder” dialogue box.
Enter or copy-and-paste the following path: ~/Library/Application Support/Blizzard/Starcraft II/Accounts

Selecting the hotkey profile in the game
After launching Starcraft II, select the menu button in the bottom-right corner or press the F10 key. Then select followed by .
Under will be a list of all available hotkey profiles, from which you can select the one you added.
The selected hotkey profile should now work in-game. This same process can be used to revert to the default settings or load a different profile.
